Foster Asks Constituents: How Would You Reduce The Federal Deficit?
Hosts Interactive Budget Exercise In Naperville, Joliet
Washington, DC— On Monday, November 4th, Congressman Bill Foster is hosting an interactive budget exercise, in conjunction with the non-partisan Concord Coalition, to address federal budget concerns facing our nation today.
Working in groups of five to ten, residents of the Eleventh District will have the opportunity to put forth the policies they think are best to reduce the nation’s deficit and improve the long-term fiscal outlook for the country.
“I am very pleased to have this opportunity to hear from constituents and talk about the process of creating and balancing the federal budget. As we work to find long-term budget solutions in Congress, I look forward to having a dialogue about our priorities for our community and our country,” said Foster.
