Foster Statement on Meeting with Mayor of Batavia

Congressman Bill Foster is a scientist and a businessman representing the 11th Congressional District of Illinois, which now includes parts of Batavia under the new congressional map. Bill's family lived in Batavia, Geneva, and St. Charles during his 23-year career at Fermilab, and Bill previously represented Batavia and the tri-cities in the U.S. Congress from 2008-2011.
