Foster Statement on Meeting with Mayor of Lemont

Lemont, IL - Today, Congressman Bill Foster (D-IL) issued the following statement after meeting with John Egofske, the mayor of Lemont, Illinois:
“I was pleased to meet with Mayor Egofske to discuss how I can support Lemont’s growing community,” said Foster. “I’ll continue working in Congress to help bolster Lemont’s diverse economy, revitalize local infrastructure, and ensure the community receives its fair share of federal resources.”
Congressman Bill Foster is a scientist and a businessman representing the 11th Congressional District of Illinois, which now includes parts of Lemont under the new congressional map.
