"I support the Articles of Impeachment against President Trump that have been introduced by the Judiciary Committee, and I intend to vote for them on the Floor of the House of Representatives next week.
U.S. Rep. Bill Foster has introduced legislation aiming to better equip federal agencies with the scientific literature necessary to make "well-informed" policy decisions.
