WASHINGTON, DC – "The release of the classified information in the Republican staff memo represents an egregious and deliberate attack on our independent law enforcement system and Robert Mueller's investigation. The contents of the memo make it clear why the FBI expressed ‘grave concerns about material omissions of fact that fundamentally impact the memo's accuracy.' WASHINGTON, DC - I was disappointed in the President's address tonight. Once again, President Trump has failed to unite the country and offer Congress tangible policy proposals that would actually grow our economy. WASHINGTON, DC - Last week, Congressman Bill Foster (D-IL) called on President Trump to take further action to combat the opioid epidemic. WASHINGTON, DC - I supported the three-week continuing resolution to give Republicans time to make good on their promise to debate and to hold a vote on immigration and the DREAM Act. Meanwhile, Republicans have done tremendous damage through their failure to bring even a single spending bill to the President's desk for a signature. The unending string of Republican continuing resolutions have been a continuing disaster for our military, our health care system, and communities fighting opioid and heroin abuse.
