Naperville, IL – Today, Congressman Bill Foster (D-IL) announced that the City of Naperville will receive a funding award through the Department of Energy’s (DOE) Grid Resilience and Innovation Partnerships (GRIP) Program totaling $1,116,174.
This funding, made possible by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, will allow the City of Naperville and Naperville Electric Utility (NEU) to develop a system that supports the integration of renewable energy sources and their availability on the grid.
