Washington, DC— As the House prepares to consider Fast Track trade authority, Congressman Bill Foster (IL-11) wrote Speaker Boehner and Leader Pelosi urging them to include strong, enforceable rules on currency manipulation in the Trade Promotion Authority ("TPA") legislation.

Washington, DC—Today, Congressman Bill Foster (IL-11) advocated for the reauthorization of the Export-Import Bank at a Financial Services Committee hearing. During the hearing, Foster questioned Export-Import Bank (Ex-Im Bank) Chairman and President Fred P. Hochberg. If Congress doesn't act in the next 14 legislative days, the Bank will shut down.

Washington, D.C. – Today, Congressman Bill Foster introduced the Closing the Digital Divide for Students Act, legislation that would help ensure more students have the opportunity to succeed in school by providing basic Internet access for low-income families.

Washington, DC—Today, the United States House of Representatives passed an amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act introduced by Congressman Bill Foster (IL-11). The National Defense Authorization Act for fiscal year 2016 tasks the Missile Defense Agency with developing a concept for a space-based missile defense system.
