Washington, DC— In a joint letter, Congressman Bill Foster (IL-11), Congressman Adam Kinzinger (IL-16) and Congresswoman Robin Kelly (IL-2) urged the members of the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) to include the Illiana Expressway in the GO TO 2040 plan.

65 Members of Congress Urge President to Eliminate Detention Bed Mandate in FY15 Budget
