Washington, DC – This week, Congressman Bill Foster (D-IL) re-introduced the Well-Informed, Scientific, & Efficient (WISE) Government Act to better equip federal agencies with the scientific literature necessary to make well-informed policy decisions. This legislation would require the Government Services Administration to work with the Library of Congress, agency libraries, and government information services to identify ways to make accessing scientific literature more efficient and to identify short and long-term solutions.

DuPAGE COUNTY, Ill. – The DuPage County COVID-19 community vaccination clinic is expanding and relocating to the DuPage County Fairgrounds starting Wednesday.

Larry Walsh Sr. passed away last June at the age of 72 after a courageous battle with prostate cancer. Walsh Sr. spent decades serving the Will County community in public office, including as an Illinois state senator and as Will County Executive – an office he held from 2004 until his death.

Rep. Bill Foster (D-Ill.) today said he will likely reintroduce legislation that aims to overhaul the country's fragmentary personal digital identification systems.

Foster previously introduced the "Improving Digital Identity Act of 2020" with Rep. John Katko (R-N.Y.) in September.
