Washington, DC – Today, Congressman Bill Foster cosponsored the Protect American Jobs and Exports Act of 2014, legislation to reauthorize the Export-Import Bank of the United States for seven years. If Congress fails to reauthorize the Bank by September 30th, 200,000 American jobs will be in jeopardy.
Aurora, IL – On Monday, June 30, from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM Congressman Bill Foster's staff will be holding mobile office hours at the Plainfield Village Hall. All 11th District residents needing assistance are welcome to attend.
Washington, DC – This Sunday, June 22, will mark the 70th anniversary of the GI Bill, which has given returning veterans a hand up with educational benefits, home loans and other services. The GI Bill has been one of the most successful pieces of legislation in our country's history, growing our economy and helping veterans assimilate into civilian life.
